Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Trippi Arcade website and games at trippi.app. By opening the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The service is free; the terms are short on purpose.

What you get

Access to a small collection of browser-based games, free to play, with no account and no sign-up. The games are offered as previews and may change, break, or disappear without notice. Features listed on the landing page are not guarantees of availability.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, accuracy of map data, or suitability for any specific use. This includes, in particular:

• The games are for entertainment only. They are not navigation tools and must not be used for real driving instructions, emergency routing, or any safety-critical purpose.
• Map data is drawn from OpenStreetMap and may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect for a given location.
• Leaderboards and scores may be reset, adjusted, or discarded if we detect abuse or bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Realloc Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, including lost time, data, or device battery. Because the service is free and no payment is taken, aggregate direct liability is capped at zero euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.

Driving safety

These games are not driving aids. The driver of a real vehicle must not play the racer games (Trippi Slots, Trippi Rally) while the vehicle is moving. The quiz games are lower-impact but still require attention; using them while driving is at your own risk and subject to local traffic law. You are solely responsible for complying with any laws that apply to screen use in a moving vehicle.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Scrape the site, crawl the games, or run automated clients against the leaderboards.
• Attempt to reverse, probe, or overload the infrastructure (including the tile server at t.lnx.fi).
• Submit obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful text through any input field, including future leaderboard display names.
• Use the service in a way that would put someone else at physical risk.

We may throttle, block, or ban any client that abuses the service.

Intellectual property

Trippi Arcade, the Trippi game names (Trippi Slots, Trippi Rally, Trippi Heli, Trippi Quiz, Trippi Cars, Trippi Roads), the artwork, code, and gameplay design are property of Realloc Oy unless stated otherwise. Open-source components retain their own licences and are credited in their respective repositories. Map data is copyright OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under the Open Database Licence (ODbL).

You may link to the site. Embedding the games in another site is not permitted without written permission from Realloc Oy.

Third-party services

The site loads Google Fonts and may, in the future, load Google AdSense. Those services are governed by Google's own terms. See the privacy policy for the data-flow details.

Age

Trippi Arcade has no age gate. The games are suitable for children in the sense that no account is created, no purchase is possible, and no messaging between players exists. A parent or guardian is responsible for any use by a minor.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time. If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page updates. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Termination

There is nothing to terminate from your side because there is no account. From our side, we may stop offering the service or block specific clients at any time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is to be resolved by the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
